Refund and Cancellation Policy

As Proyash Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization, contributions made by donors are generally non-refundable. However, we recognize that there may be special circumstances, and we aim to address each request fairly.

Refund Policy for Donations

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be considered if there was a mistake in the amount of the donation, a duplicate transaction, or an error during the payment process.

Time Frame: Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the donation date to ensure timely processing.

Process: To request a refund, please contact us with proof of donation and a description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed, and the final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.

Refund Approval: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time for refunds may vary based on the payment provider’s policies.

Cancellation of Participation in Programs

Program Fees: If a participant has paid a fee to enroll in a Proyash program (such as a training or workshop), and they wish to cancel, they should notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the start date of the program may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the program’s terms.

Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees may be non-refundable due to expenses incurred by Proyash, including administrative costs and pre-paid materials. Details will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for Events and Ticketed Programs

Ticketed Events: For ticketed events hosted by Proyash, refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation by Proyash: In the rare instance where Proyash cancels an event, all participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

Modification of Policy

Proyash reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our official platforms and will apply to all donations, event tickets, and program fees collected after the policy’s effective date.
